international break is over! Not yet, but almost. It's almost over. And they're waiting for us.

The joy of a weekend of unrelenting Barclays. Is it even Barclays anymore? Probably

isn't. But the Premier League is back and waiting for us on the doorstep.

Like a flaming turd is Liverpool away. It is a difficult fixture, but it is a measuring stick.

And that is probably what we need right now. Would we have liked a nice easy fixture to get us back into the rhythm of the Premier League? Sure, I think we would.

But this is a measuring stick.

A chance to say, okay, we've been on a run. We're looking good. We're feeling good about who we are. Let's see how we compare one of the hardest grounds to go to right now, one of the teams playing some of the best football. And I realize they did lose to West Ham, but Liverpool right there is one of the teams you expect to either win the title or, you know, come close to doing it. I mean, other than us, obviously, who will be winning the title. So this is it. This is where we will measure ourselves. And there are a lot of questions that we're going to ask about what that means and what we need to do for that measurement to count. We are going to try something new today. We're going to try

to incorporate your thoughts, your questions into the episode. And given my

extreme talent as an audio engineer, as many of you are familiar with, there is a strong

likelihood that this will not work and this episode will be chopped up like some kind of cadaver in medical school. Gosh, that's a bad

analogy. Off to a flying start here. But we'll see how it goes. Let's see how it goes. I do

want to do a little housekeeping quickly. We're going to have a live stream tomorrow, a pre-Liverpool

live stream. Obviously, the game not being tomorrow. Tomorrow, if you're listening to this on Thursday, is Friday. But Friday, there will be a live stream with myself and Jessica Black and hopefully some other people from the podcast. We are excited to have Jessica be more of a leadership position on our YouTube channel because we don't know how to use YouTube

and we're really bad at it and we don't do enough stuff over there.

So the idea is her energy, her talent, her intellect, and her skill at YouTube will allow us to

put more content out there and force us to do more over there so that we can just get you

more goodness.

And that's the hope always.
