0:12.6	This is an exclusive interview he just got out of prison.
0:17.5	He of course was on House arrest for about 800 days, all over a mucked up charge of he
0:22.8	didn't turn over a cell phone and his laptop to Chevron.
0:25.7	The reason why Chevron was going after him, the reason why the court system was going
0:28.9	after him is because he beat Chevron in a case in Ecuador where they had to pay 9.5 billion
0:33.9	dollars in damages to the people of Ecuador for poisoning their water and destroying the
0:38.3	environment over there.
0:39.4	So they really threw the book at him.
0:41.7	He was sentenced to six months in prison, which is the most anybody's ever gotten for
0:44.3	this misdemeanor crime.
0:45.8	No one has spent a day in prison for this misdemeanor crime.
0:49.8	So he was there for, I don't know how long he was there for maybe a month, something like
0:52.8	that.
0:53.8	45 days, I believe.
0:54.8	45 days.
0:56.3	He was released.
0:57.3	So we're going to figure out how and why he was released.
1:00.3	What his experience was like inside.
1:03.6	What he's going to do from here is just a whole bunch of stuff to get into with him.
