are we are we officially still in locked out I've not known what day is for time. Yeah, so we are back with another episode.

We just want to start by apologizing about last week's episode.

So we obviously recorded it, we sat out in the garden keeping our two meters and

weirdly as the episode was just about to finish I started to get what I thought was a migraine. Do you get

migrain? Not really. No. Well I can get some pretty bad ones and it depends on

the type of migraine I get.

Sometimes I can get a migraine where, you know, usually the telltale sign

is I start getting wavy lines in my eye.
