Tom, what have you been up to?

Well, I've been driving up and down the country seeing friends and family like no doubt most of our

listeners have in their various countries and that combined... like no period for me. I've had a bit of a Christmas stinker I would say. I'm back on tracks I did do on Boxing Day the

Sheaven Chase which is one of my favorite races here. I don't know why it is because I always have a rotter and I had my rotiest

rotter ever this year and was 60, I don't know,

64 places lower than last year, which wasn't good.

But there you go, I'm back on the road.

I did the Sheffield Open cross country this weekend.

I had a really, really good run. I chose to not

wear my trail shoes. I'm actually going to rant a little bit here about my Mizunos,

which isn't like me to rant about my Mizunos, is it? But it could be my fault, or leave me on the radiator,
