This is like take 42 everybody of me just trying to say the last name.

For anybody who does not know Alyssa, and as like I said, not practically googling right now,

as we speak, Alyssa is a Toronto-based New York-born author, freelance writer and copywriter,

and her debut book Secrets of Giants, A Journey to Uncover the True Meaning of Strength,

is on sale now. Her work has appeared in the globe and mail,

Wired Men's Journal, Publishers Weekly Parents, MTV News,

Stin and Vibe, and on our personal note, she's a mom, a strong man competitor. I don't know if I

would put, I would swap that endurance athlete, six marathons, and an Iron Man rot climber cross

fitter and former member of the New Jersey Bridge and pummel roller derby team, and her third child

is a sourdough starter named John Bond Dovey, and I just want to say for all the rest of us,

she's not doing it at us. Oh my God, this is incredible. This is a lot of stuff.

We haven't even get into goals, because I just kind of only want to talk about your goals,

then I can avoid my own. But before we get into this like epic
