difference. There is. So I'm an endurance coach myself. I coach full time. I know you probably

you coach as well. And I actually, I'm in Minneapolis. A little bit. Yeah. As I told you, so I have an athlete who I actually had to get ready for

that race with no paddling experience whatsoever. And it was labeled as humbling to say the

least when it was all said and done. A very like nuanced race, of course, but that's interesting.

Yeah, 100% dude. It's, uh, I, I think we only did the half marathon, but they had a marathon too.

So like, it was, I think eight or nine miles of paddling and then four or five miles of
