So tell us, tell us your journey how you got into this intermittent fasting and your health journey

So people kind of have a background on you and

understand you know how you got to where you are now.

Yeah so yeah my background wasn't originally actually in health. I went to college not knowing what to do, which is like most people, and ended up getting into like commercial lending and having a corporate job nine to five and I think I just realized that I wasn't I wasn't

wasn't wasn't met for the nine to five sitting around sedentary lifestyle so yeah, that just prompted me to get into health

and wellness and started training people,

mainly inside a studio, a gym outside Chicago.

And so I was always pretty healthy myself and just training others.
