| 1:03.0 | So yeah, you know, honestly, every time I hear somebody talk about calories, I always think, oh, there's |
| 1:10.4 | here clearly don't understand what you're doing because the whole thing is like, you know, |
| 1:18.3 | the human body really determines how much fat we have. |
| 1:25.0 | It's a very important determinant of survival. |
| 1:29.0 | So therefore, if you look in the wild, for example, there's no fat animals like you see with dogs and cats these days. |

| 1:40.0 | If you are a wild animal and you're fat you can't go and catch things. So therefore it's a big |
| 1:47.4 | disadvantage to be fat. If you're like a herbivore you still don't want to be fat because the lion will come and eat you. |
