What's up, guys? So today on the podcast, Eugene and I, we, after experiencing few technical difficulties and the internet being a little sluggish, we got into a subject that was, I mean, it is jih Tjitsu related, but it has a lot of other implications, which is mentors.

I've had a lot of mentors in my life, and several of them came through Jiu-Jitsu.

And so we talk about mentorship and, you know, some of the things that are associated with

Again, most of the mentorship sort of ideas that we're going to talk about are primarily

male just because I'm a guy.
