Oh my god I was just telling Ali how excited I am to just not have a guest today.

Not that I don't love guests but it's like so exhausting it's like having a guest in your house you know you just have to be on your best behavior you're not gonna like eat your

you know, you're not gonna like do your you know routine that makes you look like a bad person.

Right.

Be like yeah I get up at 730 and go for a walk you know?

Yeah like I make a three course meal for every dinner, like, no, no, I don't.

Yeah.

And then when it's just Alyssa and I, I can just like know? No that's a really good analogy the other day I was sitting on the couch just eating corn pops in my underwear and I was like I was having that thought of like thank God there's a pandemic and like nobody is in my house like I don't have to worry about anything. Yeah, it's a great analogy for our show. I was just thinking that November is here now

we're going to be doing Thanksgiving soon and I'm assuming most people are going to

try to get together with their families and like what is that even going to be like trying to

socialize or like make your house look like it just hasn't been yeah

guaranteed it for a year I know and especially because like my family that's in California is really small so it's just going to be it's normally like my aunt my uncle my mom my dad my brother my sister-in-law and me but it's so weird because the few times that like we have

gotten together as a family this year it's like because all of the people over the

age of 60 have obviously been like self-isulating and super careful and so then all of us younger people like to be kind to them we literally have to sit on like the opposite side of the house like

complete like we're shouting at them anything that we want to say like it's so

weird right and they're like way older than you anyway you have nothing to talk to about

anyways that's true I guess that's true. You're shouting like,

Isn't this cornbread great? Yeah, you did a great job Aunt Claudia. Yeah. So yeah, it's gonna be it's gonna be a weird, weird holiday season, but also this year I just feel like

simultaneously went really, really fucking slow, but also really fast because nothing happened.
