Can you please tell us about your experience with Fox Company and the military legal system.

I'll be very brief.

The situation came where we were the first Marine Special Operations Task Force.

We were deployed to Afghanistan. Case happened in March of 2007 and we were on a patrol in a border

village right near the Afghanistan-Pakistan border and 30 of our marine raiders were attacked with a vehicle explosive device and a van that detonated and impacted against the front of our patrol.

Then we had jihadis attack us from both sides of the road

in this small village, which is a known Taliban stronghold.

We were going in there that morning to do a key leader engagement.

All of a sudden, we ended up in a complex coordinated ambush with multiple elements of jihadist firing fully automatic weapons.

Another position that was an elevated sniper position from high ground and they dragged a vehicle across the road and had a mob swarm

trying to capture us in the kill zone.
