My name is Alex Smithy Kibokman on Twitter, Yankee Gunner. Hey, like, we are starting to have a longing for better times. As silly as it sounds at times when we would finish top four and be in the Champions League and be at the top table in Europe. And so we got a little reminder of that, a reminder of the days when Didier Dragba used to bully Senderos because Lukako did it to Pablo Marie. So that's a reminder of better times. Maybe not the good part of those better times, but hey, we will take what we can get right now. And what we can get is each other. We are here together, and that is the best thing we've got. We're back at the Emirates. The fans were in good voice. we'll hear from Clive and Tim who were there what that was like. I think it is interesting to say the least, you know,

to try to contextualize how to analyze these games. And I want to say something right off the bat

here before I introduce everyone. It is important to try to provide the most clear-eyed analysis of what's going on as possible.

And that means taking into account the very challenging situation of missing five or six starters,

many of whom were ruled out late at the last minute, and facing Europe's, you know,

arguably best team, probably not the best team, but the European champions, certainly,

with Lukaku added, yeah, that's not a good

situation. And yet, I absolutely am not here for discrediting or dismissing anyone who feels angry,

who feels hurt, who feels upset at what's happening at Arsenal. The new season is supposed to be

about hope, right? The new season is supposed to be when you're at your happiest, when everything feels possible, a two-game losing run, one of which comes to European champions middle of the season. Okay, we'd still probably lose our rag, let's be honest. But like, this is when we're supposed to still have that joy and that excitement of the new season. And so I can understand if some people just aren't ready to contextualize, aren't ready for the excuses

of why we're here with no points from our first two games and no goals scored, because it

hurts. So we'll do our best to balance that feeling of hurt. I think Andrew on the

Ars cast really, really explained it well, that feeling of understanding why we are where

we are, but not necessarily being able to totally embrace that feeling

that this is okay somehow or that this is understandable. So those are complex emotions we're going
