What are you drinking there, Johnny? It's my post run shake. It's frozen banana, some peanut

butter, some ascent protein, and maple syrup.

Sounds pretty good. Did you just get done with a workout?

Just a run. I just ran 10 miles. It was a combination of some dirt and then road and then some more dirt and then back. It was rolling.

So you're not in Colorado right now. You're in California? Yeah, I'm in northern California. Like

San Jose area? Um, sort of. So I'm in the East Bay of San Francisco, about 50 minutes east

of the city at the base of Mount Diablo. Oh yeah. People that know the area. And yeah,

my parents live out here. I'm out here visiting for Christmas and New Year's

and there's some really good trails so the real the real question is how many goats are within

a hundred yards of you right now like six that's at least five more than I can climb

yeah there's like six goats three three peacocks, two dogs, a whole bunch of chickens, and then

there's cows all over the place.

Is this like a hobby farmer?

What do you have going on over at the abode, the parents' homestead?

I'm always curious about this.

Yeah, no, my dad, he has a cattle ranch right now, and then I guess all the other, oh, and there's two horses. All the other animals are kind of hoppy animals. They're just fun to have around. And they make for, I guess, interesting days every now and then. Because every now and then, like, a chicken swallows a nail and then you don't know what's wrong with it. And then you take it to the and you get an x-ray and then there's a giant nail in the chicken it's like what the heck you take a chicken to a vet this one we did because it was acting really weird my dad just wanted to get to the bottom of it like what is wrong with this thing yeah i assume a chicken's an animal you just write off and add to a meal.

I don't want to anger any chicken lovers.
