performance. So we'll talk about that. And then we'll also get into some injury prevention tips and how to sort of train around injuries and some things to consider because I don't know if you guys know this, but Eugene, you know, the guy that's on with me on the podcast every week, he is a physical therapist. He's a doctor of physical therapy. He's been one of the reasons why I've been able to train so long without tons of injuries

I'm going to share a little training tip with you guys. And this has happened because of a bunch of people that have messaged me. And I know where it's coming from. And I think that if we talk about it, it's more nutrition related. And I think it'll be helpful to you guys with your training. Really simple stuff that you can adjust. And then we'll talk about some injuries and stuff like that. And then we'll do some Q&A. And by the way, guys, if you guys didn't know, old Eugene over here, the Jiu-Jitsu therapist is a licensed physical therapist and he's a brown belt jiu-jitsu, which means he can tell you how to fix your problems. Oh boy. I mean, I'll try. I mean, it's one of those things where he can't fix them for you,

2:01.7

but he can give you the, like, idea as to what you need to do. So, for instance, with me, like, he's giving me, like, little, you know, nuggets of information along the way that have been helpful. And then I've used those and stuck with those and been consistent with those. And I've been able to take care of myself. So got a bunch of people here

1:58.4

We've got everything

1:59.0
