But I've gotten a bunch of requests from people who say that they're getting ready for their very first competition and they're not really sure what they should be getting comfortable with.

One in particular had a really great question. Her name was Nikki and she said, hey, what is it that I need to be comfortable with before the competition? So instead of just saying, hey, what do I need to be doing? Her question was more focused on what do I need to be comfortable with. And so as we let everybody roll in, we'll get started here in just a second. By the way, if you guys see this, this is a Zevia. I don't know if you guys ever had one of these. These are delicious. I've had one. You have to get used to them a little bit. I like these. To me, the Zevi, I mean, the sparkling water is you have to get used to. The zevias, to me, it's like taste. I don't drink sodas very often at all. Maybe once every six months or something.
