TIME.....it's our most valuable resource and it seems like we never have enough. Unfortunately when we are running low on time the things that tend to get squeezed out of the schedule include our workouts, meal prep, sleep, and rejuvenation time. So we are all out there going 100 mph through our days as we cut out the things that we need to live a long, healthy life.........this is obviously a recipe for disaster.
