Football is back.

Fall is in the air.

It is the perfect time of year to reach into the mailbag and answer a whole lot of

questions about all sorts of things such as Final Fantasy, NX, cross-media video games, the

differences between Dragon Age Inquisition and The Witcher 3. We're going to talk a little bit more

about games that have gotten fixed through patches and DLC over the years, and we will talk about

why games are still $60. It is yet another fantastic show. Let's go.

Hi. Kirk Hamilton is here working on his vocal fry. I'm just warming up, but when I get my voice out of the back of my throat to remove the fry from it so that it sounds nice for all

our listeners. Yeah, listeners, you may not realize this, but over the past week, we got a few

complaints about vocal fry, and I didn't know what that meant

until this week, but apparently we have it.

Yeah, it's a thing.

It happens.

I think some episodes more than others when our voices are very tired.

The thing is, I spend my day not speaking to anybody.

So then my voice isn't very warmed up, then we record this podcast and I do my best,
