Today on All Have Another, my guest is Grace Norman.

Grace is a three-time World Triathlon Parachampion in 2016, 2017, and 2022.

She's a 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Silver Medalist, a 2016 Rio Paralympic Gold Medalist,

and eight-time World Paratriathlon Championships Medalist, three golds, two silver, and two bronzes.

She's a two-time USA Paratriathlon National Champion, a 13-time World Paratriathlon event medalist.

Grace was born with congenital construction band syndrome in her left leg at birth,

which resulted in the amputation of her left leg and right big toe below the knee when she was young.

She competed in track and field in cross-country and high school,

where she became the first female amputee to finish on the podium

at a high school track and field state championship.

She shares the story in this podcast of when she became aware of the Paralympics,

and when she started dipping her toes into Paratriathlon,

she is a very inspiring and encouraging guest on this show full of excitement for her future in the sport,

and this is a woman who is going to get you excited about chasing some goals, which I know we all want to do.
