Hey everybody, welcome to all have another podcast with Lindsay Hein.

I'm your host Lindsay. Thanks so much for being here today.

Today my guest is Sage Herta Klecker. She runs for on running. She is a 800 meter and

1500 meter runner. She had a breakout year in the 800 last year, breaking two minutes for

the first time and then just continuing to do it over and over and over again.

She went to the University of Colorado where she was in NCAA Endora Mile Champ. She was a

PAC-12 champion in the 800 in all American and it has been so fun to see her have some breakthroughs

as a professional runner with on running coach by Nathan Ritz and Hein. She also has her husband

as one of her teammates Joe Klecker and oh we also in this episode we talk about her time at

the University of Colorado and I asked her about some of her experiences there and what that time

in her life was like and this is super fun. A few days ago this was after we recorded this episode.

She was one of the Pacers for Faith Kippiegaon who broke 350 in the 1500 for the first time ever

and wow how cool that she got to be a part of that experience. Her most recent Instagram post is a

picture of her and Faith together. I'm so excited to see what Sage has in store for her with this
