Steph Bruce and Ben Rosario. So excited to have these two on the show for the

I don't know hundreds time. Whatever. Ben interviewing Steph and Ben for quite

some time now and it's always a joy and honor to have them on the show.

I recently had the opportunity to have Steph on a panel with me at the Boston

Marathon with Destination Marathons which was really fun.

Steph runs for an Azeal Leet. She's the mom of two and having her third baby

here in a few months. Very exciting for the Bruce family. She's a three time US

champion and has just worn her heart on her sleeve,

sharing her journey in the professional running world over on her Instagram

page. I know y'all already following Steph but if you aren't go make sure

you're doing it. Coach Ben Rosario he's the founder of an Azeal Leet, the coach

and now it's kind of the overseer. He's always been the overseer of all the

things but recently they've brought on Alan Cole Pepper to be the head coach

over there so he can do more of the business stuff or focus more on it.

I should say because he was already doing it anyway. Ben is an entrepreneur

through and through. He goes all in on everything he does and he and Steph

wrote a book called Follow Your Heart and you know last year Steph announced

that she was retiring and so it was like the last year and super fun to follow
