and unleashed his frustration over fines a zoning dispute and shitty neighbors onto the neighborhood.

This audio was recorded on April the 13th, 2004 and can be considered his manifesto about what would lead him to do what

he ultimately would do.

So, who's Marvin Heemey?

Born October 28, 1951 at South Dakota, he was not such a great academic, but he wasn't stupid.

Marvin would say that when he was young, broke his arm and since that time his academic

results never really found the potential they could have.

Marvin ended up with a couple of muffler businesses in Boulder, Colorado, and if he wasn't

running them himself, he would lease them out to others to run. Marvin went up to Grand Lake for a six month holiday and ended up liking it and thought

he might buy some property as it was a great area and the prices were cheap. He found three

lots with a couple of cabins at Grand Lake. They had a great view and they were

going at a great price so he bought them with the

intention of doing them up over the next year or two.
