After the men's 1500 final, bracken, I had an adrenaline dump.

Like, I haven't had in years to the point where I was physically shaking, pacing in my living room with some sort of weird

sensation, like out-of-body experience. It sent me through the roof. I haven't had something

to do that to me in years. It's not a joke. The race aside, right? The race was awesome.

The post-race experience was one of the coolest post-race

experiences I've ever had in a race that wasn't my own. So the race finishes. We finished

race brain four minutes before the race started. We hit end and we all ran to our TVs to watch

it because we wanted to watch it live.

And so like you skid into the couch, turn it on, Braden Ayla, Mira, Lisa, my dad's over to watch it.

And myself, my mom's watching it at her house next door.
