Hello, Will. It just occurs to me the implicit admission of what we just did.

For those who don't know, we sat down. We were ready to start recording and I said,

Will, I never got the notes. He always sends me usually the night before. And then he usually does like two or three edits or modifications of a list of anywhere from like 30 on a low end to 200 on a high end of the links and stories we're going to talk about.

And as we're sitting down to record live here in my studio in Newport Beach, I said, well, you didn't send me anything yet.

And then you sent him.

And now I have it.

And yet what's the implicit admission here?

That it doesn't really matter.

Right.

Because if you sent it the night before or one second before.

It's all the same.

My preparation time is about the same.

And that's not a low regard for you or for the listeners.

It is by necessity. I don't really have time. And I think it makes

for a better podcast if you're prepared and I'm off the cuff. If you say so.

All right.

We have, we had a bunch of letters this week, but the one that, in the interest of time, I just want to read one letter that represents multiple.

I want to thank everybody who emailed a correction on my history piece last week. I was talking of the May 5th, Cinco de Mayo, the victory of

Mexican against French forces at the Battle of Puebla. And I, in error, I identified the Emperor

Maximilian of Mexico as the former Emperor of Austria. That's not true, of course.
