I'm great, thank you.

Hey, later in the show show we're going to talk to or I'm

going to talk to economist Jeff Ferry I say I'm going to talk to I already talked to him I talked

to this economist named Jeff Ferry who was discussing with me his report on paramount's proposed

takeover of Warner discovery. You and I are going

to get to that same subject in just a moment. And a real popular analyst out there by the name

of Mitchell Bonson. Never heard of this guy? You guys shared the same last name. How crazy.

He's something else. He's becoming quite a great little writer and thinker.

He really, not so little. I mean, he has grand ideas and he has a grasp of the classics.

But we'll come to that in just a moment. I wanted to start.

He had a good high school education. Where did he go to high school, David?

Pacifica Christian High School of Orange County. I love that.

Teaching kids to think and live well.

And he has done that school. Really great credit here. But we'll come to that in just a moment.
