enjoy any food, be it nutritious or not, but especially a non-nutritionicious food that you feel like you are in control of

and that that food is not controlling you. And I think it's the most important topic and the most

important lesson that you can ever learn if you've ever had conflicts or challenges with food or your body

is how to be at peace with any food. And many of you might know if you've listened to my podcast
