When starting aip I was still taking my regular one but realized it had soy in it. I just listened to the vitamin D episode and realize how important it is for skin health. I need to get a new one and wanted to see what you recommend. I'm already doing Vital Proteins collagen, zinc, and fermented cod liver oil supplements. Anything else you recommend? I'm 3 weeks in and feel a lot better!! But I do miss eggs, chocolate, and rice cooked with homemade broth the most!! And I remember when I came to supplements for the first time.

I actually think like eight or nine years ago at this point, and it was when my health was crashing

from having been so I was like low carb intermittent fasting and for someone without a gallbladder,

not digesting any of the food or nutrients that I had just going right through.

And so I had to kind of like re-nourish myself with supplements. And what I want to say before we kind of fully jump into this

is that we're going to share a lot of science and information, but this is not a hard and fast
