0:43.3	We've never done a podcast actually on this topic, and that's why I'm glad to do it and have an active Latter-day Saint with expertise in this area,

1:19.4	you just walk us through? You have a PhD, but go all the way back to your bachelor's. Just give
1:23.7	us an idea of your degrees and where they came from and what they were in.

1:36.9	So I did my undergraduate at Brigham Young University studying marriage, family, human and human development.
1:42.2	From there, I stayed at BYU to get my master's degree in marriage and family therapy.
1:45.4	Then I went over to East Carolina University,
1:53.3	where I got a PhD in medical family therapy, which is a focus of family therapy, kind of blending physical health care and mental health care. And my internship following that was at the
