What's good, Kevin, is a new book from our good friend of the show, Nathan Rabin. It's called

The Fractured Mirror, and it is a fairly exhaustive collection of American movies about movie making.

So it's everything from Singing in the Rain and Sunset Boulevard to every national

ampoon branded movie about a guy's deciding to make a porno movie.

It really covers a broad swath of films like little tiny comedies from the 30s

you maybe never heard of, uh, indies from the 80s and 90s that were a blip on the radar.

Like movie makers love to make movies about movie making.

And, uh, Rabin has very successfully cataloged them.

He has funny things to say about them.

He has wit and insight as ever.

He got Joe Dante to write the foreword.

It's a terrific book.

And people should snap it up.
