Now, for the third time, he's just weeks away from capital punishment. When this thing goes to court in trial, I have one shot and one opportunity to be not guilty or I go to prison in death row.

Process is quite calculated.

The initial group of people is pretty overwhelming.

And ironically, the air conditioning system wasn't working properly and it was blazing hot in there but

well over a hundred I would guess in the first sweep and then from there it was a deductive process where they eventually ended up interviewing people in the courtroom

with both sides of the case and the judge asking each of the jurors different

questions you know I thought all the questions were reasonable except for one. I do recall that the defense attorney had asked

me if I thought that someone could be saved as Christian while they're in prison and I said well yeah

absolutely and then they asked me if I thought that would be any reason to lessen the penalty and I said no absolutely not my opinion
