On August 23rd, Ivan subsequent application for rid of habeas corpus was dismissed.

The claims presented in the application were deemed procedurally barred by the Court of Criminal Appeals.

At least as of now, the claims cannot and will not be reviewed on their merits.

Episode 44 of Cousins by Blood will cover what happens now and will be coming out as soon as possible on the main RSS feed, not on Patreon.

The dismissal will likely mean that Ivan needs even more new evidence and we may be discovering it over on Patreon when the paper trail is put together and we know where it leads.

The loan application, the universal loan application, that is in every loan closing package.

One of the things pedal companies make sure is signed.

If I can have one of those, then that will show the mortgage company and the loan officer's name,

and then once you have those two, you can go to those people and dig a little and find out how did this all work?

Because if we knew the inner workings, I can guess.

But if we knew a little bit about the inner workings of how the operation ran,

it would validate a little bit of the motive and I think that maybe you were right on what you were saying.

And what's interesting is that you're coming up with this and you're not even in the mortgage industry,

so you've been thinking about this for a little bit of time, I would assume.

And I feel like at this point, without knowing the names and like talking about getting the name of the loan officer,

and stuff like that, if you're just like, yeah, but then there's this other guy named Bernie,

you know, hey, I wasn't able to wrap my head around it.
