Hi film fans, how are you? I hope you are well. You join me on the Isle of White as I am bringing the festival coverage to Sky this weekend, an amazing line-up.

I'm recording this on Saturday morning and a little bit hoarse after singing along to Crowded House, the streets and Prodigy, along with Johnny Maher and the Pretenters last night.

So it was a great first day.

Anyway, I digress.

We have another episode of my weekly podcast soundtracking, where I dive into the world of that beautiful relationship between film and music.

I also, just before we dive into this week's

guest wanted to draw your attention to a couple of films. A couple of little

independent films that are out and about Fancy Dance which stars Lily Gladstone

is out and also a great little independent film called I Used to be Funny. So if you get

the chance seek those out,

go and find them great female-led stories that are available in selected cinemas, but definitely

worth your attention. Our guest today is music supervisor extraordinaire Maggie Phillips,

who has an incredible list of credits including normal people,

Moonlight, Shogun, The Handmaid's Tale, Mr Robot, Fargo and The Great. I absolutely loved

talking to Maggie and also her very vocal and lovely dog, who seemed keen to join what was an absolutely fascinating conversation.

Now there are so many great tracks we could pick to showcase her work,

but it gives us a wonderful opportunity to start with this.

We're going to begin with something from normal people and a fantastic artist, Lisa Hannigan, Under Toll.
