I am excited to talk about habits because while I don't really have New Year's resolutions,

we've talked about this a couple of times every year on the show.

I do just need to reset myself after having taken, you know, some time off over the holidays to get back into habits.

And I know you have done a lot of reading and research on the science of this

and I know that probably all of our listeners are feeling

that sluggishness and difficulty jumping back into, you know, if your kids have been out of school or your work schedule changed or anything

that kind of breaks a habit, it's like, oh, I gotta get back into the habit now, and I'm

definitely in that phase.

Yeah, so I'm kind of like the opposite.

So I make habit centered resolutions every year and this is something that I've done

probably for 15 or so years.

For me, I take years as a time to like really evaluate my habits and figure out what I'm going to work on.

So I don't make goal-centered resolutions but always habits. my habits and figure out what I'm going to work on.
