Hey, first of all, I feel like I should start this episode with a quick apology,

so I have not had any episodes for a couple of weeks. I just went dark. I didn't say that I wasn't having episodes. I didn't put out a recording saying, hey, we don't have an episode this week I just I just went dark there was no

episode last week or the week before and I didn't anywhere state as to why so I got a few

messages from people saying hey noticed you haven't had episodes for a couple of weeks. Is everything okay? We're concerned.

Thank you for not having episodes on one hand because then we don't have to listen to this trash.

But on the other hand, we're just worried about you

and making sure everything's okay.

Everything is fine.

I just got busy and I was out of town

and I'm a poor planner. I mean, that's what it comes down to. I just I'm poor planning on my part because all of a

sudden a couple of weeks ago I was having to travel I was out of town and and all of a sudden I

realized oh shit I didn't record an episode.

And then it happened to me again the next week.

And it just snowball effect.

And so I ended up for a couple of weeks not putting out an episode.

And so thank you very much to those of you who checked in on that.

And my apologies if I worried you, but no, everything's great.

Just, I'm just shitty at planning things and getting ahead. A lot of times people that record

podcasts I think are a couple of weeks ahead or even a month ahead. I've been on podcasts

where you do you record it and then they're like yeah this
