A couple of personal milestones for January.

The first one is that I have averaged over seven hours of sleep per night since I got my CPAP machine.

So that is good.

I'm glad to see that I'm actually getting sleep these days.

And then the other one is that for January specifically, I kind of got back on the bandwagon for exercise. So I've logged 12 days of exercise for January.

scheme of things, but it's nice to see that things seem to be getting back on track.
