What have you been up to?

Well I've actually I spent Sunday with a very coarse grain of

sandpaper rubbing both of my nipples.

What, the same grain of sandpaper or did it swap sides or?

Well, no, no, no, no, it feels feels the same, both my nipples are equally painful.

I return to road racing.

I think it was the longest run,

the longest continuous run I've done since the outlaw probably in the summer.

My first road race for a long, long time and I really enjoyed it and I

remembered some of the crucial chafing points with the Vaseline beforehand. In a thighs,

check, underarms, check, feet, check, nipples, didn't check.

Big problem.

I did neglect the nipples.
