Ladies and gentlemen, as you know, I am all over the world and I meet amazing people.

But when people are doing something positive for their community, it really grabs my attention and I love it.

And I want to introduce you to Ms. Adrian Ruff from Columbus, Ohio, who is doing stuff for her community and to the people, Ohio, people who might be moving to Ohio, people that might know someone in Ohio.

This might be something for your kids or even maybe young men and women.

So, agent, explain to the world what are you doing at Columbus, Ohio for the youth out there.

Yeah, so we have a program that's called Youth Over Us, and what it is, we focus on, you know, kids in the inner city ages 16 to 24.

We help them with their GED. So, yeah, we helped them with your GED.

So, yeah, we help them get their GED as well as, like, certification for construction

and health care.

And then after, you know, they go through our trainings in the program, they get certified.

We also set them up with jobs.

So we do job placement as well.

Oh, is that right?

Mm-hmm.

So then this question, do you guys don't fall under the federal guidelines of Donald Trump cutting grants?

So we were initially affected.

We didn't know, like, what was, you know, happening because we

are funded through the Department of Labor. We also have other grants as well that, you know,

kind of keeps us afloat. We were initially affected. However, I know it was like retracted. So

as of right now, we're okay. You know, thankfully, we had to kind of, you know, when all the news broke,
