Welcome to the whole view. I'm Stacy Topp of Real Everything.com. I'm all about

0:09.7

loving the skin you're in and being healthy inside and out.

0:14.0

And I'm Dr. Sarah Valentine of the paleomom.com.

I believe that scientific literacy is the key to improving public health. So as we sort of realized that it was time to rename the podcast because we were really following the science

0:36.4

and wanted to be able to like broaden the scope of what we're talking about and I think like right in episode 400 where

1:50.0

beliefs, but we see it in a way that is, it's not just disrespecting science, it's

1:58.1

miscommunicating the value of different types of studies.

2:04.0

So one of the things that I really wanted to do,

2:07.0

and I'm really excited

2:08.0

that we're gonna get to do it this week,

2:09.3

is kind of talk about like how different studies work, right?
