Well, good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro and it is Tuesday, March 6th, and I'm here with our Women Inspiring Women podcast episode of the day. And I'm excited because I had, I just got back

from a week of vacation. My family, the four of us,

went to Turks and Caicos for an amazing week at the beach, which was so much needed. This is

actually the first time we have ever really taken a week-long vacation just the four of us.

And it was exactly what we needed.

So let me just tell you a little bit about how this vacation came about.

So I am, I definitely am one of those people that has what is called seasonal effective disorder.

I about, I'm good, you know, and here in Western Pennsylvania,

there is not a lot of sunshine this time of year.

And I'm good up until about the, you know,

when the Christmas holiday is over and January 1st rolls around.

That's when I'm ready for the snow to go away.

That's when I'm ready for it to stop being away. That's when I'm ready for to stop being cold.

And if you know anything about Western Pennsylvania, you know very well that it is brown.

It is dreary. There are not a lot of sunny days and everything is just dead. And because there's
