On this week's show, as happy as it would make us to record a full show on Christmas Day,

with Tom and his slippers listening to Val Dunnequin, getting ready for the on Christmas

and Christmas message, we'd rather not be recording the show.

So instead of our normal show this week,

we're bringing you a special extended version of a recent

interview we did with the amazing world number one an Olympic triathlon

champion Gwen Jorgensen. This week's marathon talk Guest is the 2016 Olympic Triathlon Champion, just 71 days after taking that title,

she towed the line in her first marathon. This was back in November 2016. She ran the new york city marathon finishing in a 14th place running 241

2017 was a different year for Gwen. She took it off for the birth of her son who was born back in August.

Then, in a video in November 2017, she announced, in her words, I want to get that feeling back,

I want to grind again to achieve again to try again to be the best I want it all again

except entirely new I'm ready to make a comeback to a stage I've never been.
