This episode is about pan pizza and I'm a little nervous about this one for a couple reasons.

It's kind of like a supreme but with some pickled peppers on there.

I'm nervous because like pizza is a thing that a lot of people know a lot more than I do about.

Oh, seriously.

And particularly, Pan Pizza is kind of the pizza of the moment.

But also at the same time, I don't want to come off as like a pizza guy on the internet

who thinks he knows more than you about
