I'll tell you, Kevin, what's good is the great year-long cookie experiment continues.

Long-time listeners will know that I have, my goal this year was to roll into the holiday season with a bunch of different cookie recipes under my belt ready to go so I would not like freeze

in late November not knowing how to do anything and the most recent experiment over the weekend

I made pinolies they are delicious cookies that are mostly made of

almond paste sugar, egg whites, and then you roll them in pine nuts and you bake them. On the

upside, they are delicious. On the not so great side, any cookie recipe that involves almond paste

and pine nuts means you have to mortgage your house.

And I don't have a house.
