| 0:15.0 | Thank you so much for listening today. |
| 0:17.8 | Now, last week, I was on schedule to talk more energy centers. This is a theme I was covering |
| 0:24.4 | in the month of June. And last week, due to Independence Day, I was inspired to talk about my |
| 0:32.7 | brothers and sisters who are incarcerated and practicing like their hair is on fire. |
| 0:39.6 | In other words, practicing like it really, really matters. |
| 0:43.2 | Last week, I invited you to do the same. |
| 0:46.7 | This week, I want to come back to the theme of the energy centers. |
| 0:51.4 | The energy centers, if you haven't tuned into previous episodes, they're essentially |

| 2:23.3 | article a few years ago in the New York Times talking about the sweet spot where if your earnings |
| 2:30.1 | exceed this sweet spot, then your happiness will not necessarily increase. In fact, the more |
| 2:37.1 | wealth you accumulate beyond a certain point, the more stressful your life is likely to be, |
| 2:42.6 | the more unhappy you will feel. So maybe you've heard of this article, but it points to a truth |
