There's intent there and there's research done.

But that's the thing sometimes is I forget that people might listen to the podcast

because I am so into the conversations that I'm having. I'm nosy. I want to know how it works.

I want to know about people's choices. I sometimes go in with so many questions in my head that I

almost sound a lot of the times like a slightly bumbling buffoon.

So I apologise.
