McKinna ran for the why you and she became famously known for qualifying for the Olympic Trials in the 10K,

going on to finish 14 in 2021, less than a year after giving birth to her daughter, Kenny Liu.

McKinna also became a TikTok sensation in 2020 when she ran a 525 mile 9 months pregnant.

She's been running PRs since having her daughter and in this episode we talk about what that looks like.

And one thing that McKinna is super passionate about is how women train and how we can really take advantage of knowing the different phases of our menstrual cycles

to work hard when it most makes sense to work hard and just listen to our bodies and know that they are ever changing throughout the month.
