You just got back from Newt's World, which I really enjoyed.

First of all, I'm impressed that the former speaker, you were so, what's what I'm looking

for?

Respectful, diplomatic, very kind.

Well, I'm a big fan of the former speaker.

I didn't have to stretch hard to do that.

He's an easy guy to talk to.

He's not a dummy.

No, I was impressed that he knows as much as he does about monetary policy.

And, of course, public finance side makes sense, monetary policy. Well, historic, he has a, he's a very good historian.

And this is the second time I've been on the podcast with him. And he's, you know, it's kind of

flattering to say he's become a big fan of mine, and I've all long been a fan of his.

Well, you, how do I put this

politely? You, I think you pushed back is the polite way to put it on a few of his. I did,

I did not change my opinions in the Trump moment. That's right. And in case podcast listeners

of Ray Free California weren't aware of that. Yeah, no, I, and Newt, excuse me, the speaker respects that. If I went on

and became sycophantic, which is a very easy thing for people to do in the Trump moment, I don't
