Hey guys, it's Dr. Ray Hainish and I'd like to welcome you to the Cut The Fat Podcast.

Now it's no secret that we are not huge fans of that model.

Not because calories aren't important because they are, but because it's a totally incomplete

model and it's so incomplete that it's almost totally ineffective when it comes to long-term
