and just, you know, off the wall, you know, rampage killing and, you know, whatever they call it.

At the time I recorded this interview, Frank was 26 years old, married and had three young daughters.

He had also just been charged with 18 counts of murder in what the media was calling the Haditha massacre.

Frank told me that he was not guilty,
