| 0:42.0 | We are. And in this week, you know, this may not be a sexy topic, but I think it's a topic that we really need to discuss in depth for people. |
| 0:50.0 | Because it's so crucial to weight loss success. |
| 0:55.0 | And I think it totally adds to our toolbox that we have for weight loss. |
| 1:00.0 | Oh, yeah, absolutely. The title of today's podcast is called Preparing Your Life for Weight Loss Success. |
| 1:08.0 | I'd like to start by introducing people to a concept called the Abstinence Violation Effect. |
| 1:15.0 | This effect basically speaks to why people fail at weight loss. |

| 2:31.0 | Yeah. I mean, that would be amazing. |
| 2:33.0 | That's amazing. But what about 25 out of 30 days? That's an 85% success rate. |
| 2:38.0 | It's still fantastic. Yes. So why do we beat ourselves up about, you know, just trying to be perfect. |
