Yes. We're going to be talking about proteins versus carbs, proteins plus carbs.

We're going to separate the carbs and the protein from the fat discussion,

although I'm sure the discussion of fat will come into play somewhere throughout this discussion,

Yeah, but we're going to talk in depth about fat in a future podcast, but for now,

we're going to really focus on the carbs and the proteins because I know that a lot of people

have tons and tons of questions about, well, what about things like Atkins and who has the right

formula? You know, there are 50 books out there, 500 books out there, all of which should have

a different formula. Way more than 50. Yeah.

And all of which claim they have the right approach, right?

I think a lot of them have the same idea, although everybody's body type is a little bit different,

everybody's belief system is a little bit different, everybody's diet is a little bit different.
