When we did the first COVID-19 show,

it was like two days before we recorded it.

And I was like, hey, Sarah,

maybe we should talk about this.

Because it was happening elsewhere and we weren't really sure it wasn't in the

states yet but we wanted to address it and clearly in that two week time a lot

has changed and so we want to help you feel empowered with information.

That is the goal of this podcast.

Before we jump in, Sarah's going to have a lot of science.

I just want to say, like, especially if you're home with your kids,

which I think I read a statistic that 80% of schools are closed in the country as of right now.

And so if you're home with your kids especially, be mindful of what you are exuding in front of them.
